BlackBerry offers with "GoogleTalk"

BlackBerry now offers a version of 'GoogleTalk' that works with certain BlackBerry devices.  Supports 16 MB BlackBerry device with a color screen (BlackBerry 7100 Series™, BlackBerry 7200 Series™, BlackBerry 7500 Series™, BlackBerry 7700 Series™ and BlackBerry 8700 Series™), and OS v4.0 or higher.

Google release Voice and Instant Messaging client "GoogleTalk"

Google has jumped into the Voice over IP market with an Instant Messenger and voice client called 'GoogleTalk'.  This tool is still in Beta and has a long way to go, but uses the same technology Skype uses for voice and uses the Jabber IM technology.
